Job Description

As a Social and Community Service Manager, you will play a vital role in steering our nonprofit initiatives. Your leadership will ensure efficient operations and help fulfil our commitments to our community. You will lead strategic planning, fundraising efforts, and facilitate community engagement to drive impactful change.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to team members while overseeing project implementation
  • Establish partnerships with other organizations and community stakeholders
  • Conduct evaluations of existing programs to improve effectiveness
  • Coordinate community outreach initiatives and events
  • Implement training programs for staff and volunteers
  • Develop promotional materials and communications for fundraising efforts
  • Collaborate with local authorities and governmental agencies for support
  • Engage in advocacy efforts to promote community issues
  • Participate in networking events to represent the organisation
  • Prepare grant proposals and oversee grant-funded programs

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Nonprofit Management, Social Work, Business Administration)
  • Certification in nonprofit management or leadership is desirable
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in nonprofit management or a related field
