Job Description

We are seeking a Retail Product Analyst to join our team in Southampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing product performance, understanding market trends, and developing strategies that align with our business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products adapt to market demands.

Responsibilities

• Conduct SWOT analyses for new product ideas and existing product lines.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners for product development.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for products.
• Maintain awareness of industry developments to inform product direction.
• Support product training sessions for internal teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a product-related role, preferably in retail

• SQL
• CRM Software

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with A/B testing and user experience: Proven ability to conduct A/B testing to enhance product features based on user feedback.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices: Understanding SEO principles to support product visibility and engagement.
