As a Fur Grader at Quality Fur Co., you will assess and grade fur pelts, ensuring each meets our strict quality standards. Your role is crucial in determining the value and marketability of furs for our clients.
Responsibilities
Review furs for grading, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
Maintain detailed records of grading processes and outcomes.
Assist in training new team members on grading procedures.
Conduct periodic assessments of inventory quality and report discrepancies.
Liaise with suppliers regarding quality standards and expectations.
Requirements
Education
Higher education in a relevant field (e.g., Textile Science)
Experience
Previous experience in fur grading or related field is essential.
