Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Detective to join our law enforcement team. The successful candidate will conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and interview key witnesses, solving complex criminal cases effectively.
Responsibilities
Conduct investigations into various types of crimes, including fraud, theft, and assault.
Gather and document evidence collected from crime scenes.
Prepare case files and reports for prosecution.
Liaise with legal professionals to ensure investigations comply with the law.
Use advanced surveillance techniques to track suspects.
Attend crime scenes to gather evidence first-hand.
Collaborate with law enforcement colleagues to develop case strategies.
Maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality.
Assist in training junior detectives and investigators.
Manage multiple cases simultaneously while ensuring timelines are met.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Master's degree in Criminal Justice or related field is preferred
Experience
7+ years of experience in investigative roles within law enforcement
