Responsibilities

• Prototype and iterate designs based on user testing results.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure feasibility.
• Analyze user behaviour to inform design decisions.
• Provide support during product launch and post-launch evaluations.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Engage with clients to understand their design needs.
• Actively participate in design sprints and brainstorming sessions.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or relevant field
• Master's degree in User Experience or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of UX/UI design experience

• Sketch

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines: Understanding of WCAG and how to implement accessibility in design.
