Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our Newcastle team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of data integrity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement clinical research protocols that drive innovative medical advancements.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all activities related to clinical trial operations.
  • Review and validate data collected from clinical sites.
  • Ensure that clinical trials are conducted in accordance with ethical and legal requirements.
  • Compile and present regular trial progress reports to management.
  • Assist in identifying potential study challenges and propose solutions.
  • Facilitate communication between sponsors, clinical sites, and internal teams.
  • Support the development and implementation of quality assurance processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field
  • Advanced degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in clinical trials or medical research
