Job Description

We are seeking a Public Health Nurse to join our dedicated team in Middlesbrough. In this role, you will lead health initiatives, conduct community assessments, and provide essential nursing care aimed at enhancing public health outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in local health committees and workgroups.
  • Utilize data to inform decisions and improve community health strategies.
  • Develop educational materials for community outreach.
  • Provide feedback to management on program effectiveness and areas for improvement.
  • Respond to public health emergencies as part of the healthcare team.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with health regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Registered Nurse (RN) qualification
  • Master’s degree in Public Health is desirable

  • 5 years of experience in public health nursing or community health
