Job Description

As a Facility Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our facilities. Your responsibilities will include managing maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and fostering a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management, strong leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise maintenance and janitorial staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Create and implement facility management policies.
  • Monitor facility performance metrics and make recommendations.
  • Develop emergency preparedness plans to enhance safety.
  • Provide training for staff on health and safety practices.
  • Ensure facility renovations and upgrades are conducted efficiently.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors.
  • Evaluate and select service providers for facility operations.
  • Participate in strategic planning for facility improvements.
  • Assist in project management for facility-related initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Master's degree in Facilities Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management or operations
