Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Retail Merchandising Analyst to drive our merchandising strategies. The ideal candidate will utilize data analytics to enhance product placement, optimize sales performance, and improve inventory management across our retail locations.

Responsibilities

• Research consumer preferences and adapt product selections accordingly.
• Work closely with suppliers to negotiate terms and availability of merchandise.
• Assess the success of merchandising through clear KPIs and modify strategies as necessary.
• Engage with store managers to ensure merchandising displays align with overall brand strategy.
• Facilitate communication between the merchandising team and other departments.
• Provide insights on seasonal trends and sales forecasts to inform inventory decisions.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Retail Management or related fields is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in retail merchandising or analysis
