Job Description

As a Residential Designer, you will lead the creation of innovative designs that seamlessly blend functionality with aesthetics. Your collaboration with architects, clients, and construction teams will drive the development of exceptional residential spaces.

Responsibilities

• Produce 3D models and renderings to visualize design ideas.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their design preferences and objectives.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors during the construction phase.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and codes.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure delivery within scope.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Compile documentation for planning submissions and contracts.
• Review and approve work by junior designers and draftsmen.
• Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the design team.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Architecture or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in residential design, managing projects from conception to completion.

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
