Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Crate Builder to join our team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing and customising wooden crates according to various specifications. Detail orientation and excellent craftsmanship are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with supervisors to understand project requirements.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations in all tasks.
• Document production activities and report any issues.
• Assist in training new team members as required.

Requirements

Education

• No specific educational qualifications required.
• Background in carpentry or woodworking is advantageous.

Experience

• Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential; on-the-job training provided.
