Responsibilities

• Carry out planting, watering, and weeding activities efficiently.
• Assist in sorting and packaging harvested crops.
• Maintain farm machinery and report any issues.
• Support transportation of produce and tools as needed.
• Engage in ongoing care of plants to ensure health and sustainability.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Preferred experience in agriculture or horticulture.

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
