Join our team as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in Cheltenham, where you will work closely with occupational therapists to support patients in their rehabilitation journey. Your role will involve implementing therapy plans, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring a positive recovery environment.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the occupational therapy team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Monitor patients’ responses to therapy and report any concerns to supervising therapists.
• Help organise and participate in group therapy sessions.
• Support patients emotionally through their rehabilitation journey.
• Aid in the assessment of patient needs and progress.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field is preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
