Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Pick Pulling Machine Tender who will operate and maintain pick pulling machinery to effectively pull items for order fulfillment. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a warehouse environment, and a strong understanding of inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor pick pulling machinery to ensure efficient retrieval of products.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any operational issues.
• Keep track of inventory levels and assist in replenishing stock as needed.
• Assist in training new team members on equipment use and safety practices.
• Prepare reports on production rates and any incidents related to machinery.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Work closely with the warehouse supervisor to optimise workflows.
• Assist in loading and unloading merchandise.
• Conduct inventory checks to maintain stock levels.
• Promote a culture of safety within the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required

Experience

• Prior experience operating pick pulling machinery or working in a warehouse environment is preferred.

Certifications
