UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a creative UX Designer to join our Liverpool team, where you will play a key role in designing user-centric solutions. You will collaborate with product managers and developers to enhance user experience and drive our projects forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure user interaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop solutions based on data-driven insights and user feedback.
• Ensure consistency of design elements across various platforms.
• Champion user-centered design practices across the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or relevant field
• Master's degree in UX Design is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Figma
• InVision

Soft Skills

• Critical thinking
• Communication

Certifications

• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)
• Google UX Design Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with user research methods: Ability to conduct user interviews and focus groups for insights.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards: Understanding of usability standards and best practices for accessible design.
