Job Description

We are looking for a Research Scientist to join our dynamic team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in conducting innovative research and development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive forward our scientific objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth literature reviews to inform research direction.
  • Work on grant proposals to secure funding for projects.
  • Lead training sessions for new techniques and lab protocols.
  • Maintain lab equipment and ensure it is functioning optimally.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of research projects.
  • Evaluate the feasibility of experimental approaches.
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
  • Support the operational aspects of running a research lab.

Requirements

Education
  • PhD in a relevant scientific discipline
  • Experience in interdisciplinary research is beneficial
