Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Claims Adjuster to investigate and evaluate liability claims. The successful candidate will analyze coverage, determine liability, negotiate settlements, and provide exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed investigations into liability claims.
• Evaluate policy coverage and assess associated risks.
• Manage negotiations to achieve fair outcomes for all parties.
• Maintain timely communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Record all claims activities and decisions accurately.
• Partner with colleagues to streamline the claims processing system.
• Participate in litigation events when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer support during the claims process.

Advantageous

• Proven track record working with large commercial clients: Experience managing claims for significant corporate entities.
• Knowledge of multi-line insurance policies: Understanding of various insurance types, e.g., property and casualty.
