Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Hired Worker to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness across various facilities and ensuring a tidy, safe environment. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and be proactive in maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out daily cleaning schedules effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure all cleaning supplies are used responsibly and economically.
  • Support the training of new staff on cleaning procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Evaluate and suggest improvements to cleaning processes.
  • Participate in regular health and safety meetings.

Requirements

Education
  • GCSEs in English and Maths preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred
