Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Ladle Pourer to join our vibrant manufacturing team. The Ladle Pourer will be responsible for accurately pouring molten metal into molds or crucibles, ensuring the highest quality and consistency of the poured material.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pour molten metal into molds, ensuring adherence to quality specifications.
• Evaluate and calibrate ladle pouring machinery for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to assess pour quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Participate in safety drills and training sessions as required.

Requirements

Education

• Work experience in a foundry or manufacturing role preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Foundry processes
• Quality control procedures

Soft Skills

• Communication skills

• Experience with different types of metals: Familiarity with pouring various metals and alloys.
