• Provide crisis intervention and conflict resolution as needed.
• Educate patients and families on available resources.
• Document patient assessments and progress notes appropriately.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
• Stay informed about changes in healthcare legislation affecting social work.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Social Work
• Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare social work.
