Job Description

As a Public Relations Manager, you will lead and manage our public relations strategies, ensuring alignment with our clients’ objectives. You will cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and the media, oversee PR campaigns, and guide a talented team to enhance our clients' visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of PR strategies that match client objectives.
  • Cultivate relationships with influencers and journalists.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of PR professionals to achieve excellence.
  • Draft and review press materials and communications.
  • Assess and report on PR campaign outcomes.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
  • Manage the PR budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Implement crisis communication strategies and manage external communications during crises.
  • Ensure all communications maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales departments for cohesive messaging.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Master's degree in Communications or Business is an asset
Experience
  • Minimum 10 years in PR, including leadership experience.
