Job Description

As a Remote Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your main focus will be to ensure customers are satisfied and receiving optimal value from our products. You will engage with customers regularly to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement, working closely with internal teams to implement solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer onboarding processes and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Conduct satisfaction surveys and analyse results for continuous improvement.
  • Develop customer success strategies and playbooks to standardise processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers, providing timely and relevant support.
  • Work with marketing to create customer success stories and case studies.
  • Implement retention strategies and promotional campaigns for existing clients.
  • Support customers in using data analytics for measuring success.
  • Monitor ecosystem trends to help customers adapt and thrive.
  • Participate in industry events to represent the company and gather insights.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • MBA preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or technical support roles
