Job Description

We are seeking a Healthcare Compliance Specialist to monitor and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations in Newcastle. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in compliance auditing and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance audits and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Provide clear guidance on regulatory requirements to internal stakeholders.
• Assist in formulating compliance strategies and frameworks.
• Provide support for regulatory audits and inspections.
• Manage compliance reporting tools and databases.
• Foster a culture of compliance across the organisation.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of compliance training and improve as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Health, or related field
• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Law is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare compliance, auditing or a similar role
