Job Description

As a Machine Feeder and Offbearer, you will play a crucial role in the production process of our screen printing operations. Your primary responsibility will be to load materials on and off the printing machines, ensuring seamless workflow and quality output. You will also monitor the printing process to maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the printing process to ensure quality and consistency.
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise.
• Document the daily production outputs and any issues encountered.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control team to maintain high standards.
• Support the team in optimizing the production workflow.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience

• Experience within screen printing or a similar role is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Good hand-eye coordination
• Basic computer skills

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Familiarity with different types of printing materials: Knowledge of inks and substrates used in screen printing.
