Job Description

We are on the lookout for an Application Support Analyst proficient in Java to manage and support our software applications in Portsmouth. Your role will encompass diagnosing technical issues, implementing fixes, and enhancing application functionality.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues for Java applications in a timely manner.
• Develop scripts or tools to streamline support processes.

• Assist in preparing reports on application performance metrics.

• Work closely with the product management team to understand user needs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in application support or related field.
