Job Description

As a Nitrocellulose Operator, you will be key in the production of nitrocellulose-based products. You'll ensure that production processes run smoothly while adhering to strict safety and quality guidelines. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of chemical processes.

Responsibilities

• Control the nitrocellulose manufacturing process from start to finish.
• Document any deviations or unusual occurrences in production.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace.
• Coordinate with quality control personnel to ensure product compliance.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of chemicals according to safety regulations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or chemical engineering is preferred.

Experience

• Experience with nitrocellulose-based products is an advantage.

• Experience with process improvement

Languages
