Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Decorative Plasterer to join our talented team. You will be responsible for creating beautiful and intricate plasterwork, including moldings and cornices, that enhances both residential and commercial spaces.

Responsibilities

• Apply decorative finishes to walls, ceilings, and architectural features.
• Mix plaster and other materials to achieve desired textures and finishes.
• Create molds for intricate plaster designs.
• Conduct site assessments to prepare for plastering tasks.
• Document project progress and report any issues to management.
• Provide guidance to apprentices and junior plasterers.
• Review and interpret project blueprints and specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest plastering techniques and trends.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualifications in construction or finishing trades

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in luxury decorative plastering

Technical Skills

• Mold Creation
• Restoration Expertise

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Time Management

Certifications

• Relevant safety certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Creative design skills: Ability to design unique decorative elements tailored to client specifications.
