E-commerce Product Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated E-commerce Product Manager to spearhead our product initiatives. The ideal candidate will be adept at blending strategic thinking with tactical execution, ensuring our e-commerce platform meets and exceeds user expectations. You will be responsible for driving the product roadmap, improving user experiences, and working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to go-live.
• Engage in customer interviews and feedback loops to inform product enhancements.
• Work in close partnership with sales to understand customer requirements.
• Conduct product workshops and training sessions for internal teams.
• Improve the user journey through A/B testing and analytics.
• Foster a culture of innovation and customer focus within the product team.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar field
• MBA is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of product management experience in an e-commerce environment
