Job Description

As a Shredding Floor Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining shredding equipment while ensuring the secure destruction of confidential documents. Your role is crucial in maintaining data integrity and compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate shredding equipment to meet daily production goals.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including logging details related to shredding operations.
• Maintain an organised work area and report any safety hazards.
• Participate in team meetings to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• No specific qualifications required
• Health and Safety certifications (e.g., First Aid, WHMIS) are advantageous

Experience

• Prior experience operating and maintaining shredding equipment is preferred.
