Job Description

The Garment Turner is essential to our production process, responsible for turning finished garment pieces inside out after they have been sewn. Your attention to detail ensures that all pieces are correctly processed before moving to the quality control stage.

Responsibilities

• Execute the garment turning process with precision.
• Verify that all turned garments are defect-free.
• Document any discrepancies in the production log.
• Assist with inventory management of garment pieces.
• Participate in regular quality assurance training.
• Provide feedback to management on production efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of garment production processes
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations

Soft Skills

• Ability to work quickly and accurately
• Ability to stand for long periods

Languages

• English: Fluent
