Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Counselor to join our team in Birkenhead. Responsibilities

  • Counsel clients experiencing a variety of mental health issues using appropriate therapeutic methods.
  • Formulate and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor client progress.
  • Work alongside healthcare providers to assess treatment effectiveness.
  • Document client interactions and therapy outcomes thoroughly.
  • Prepare reports for case reviews and supervision.
  • Facilitate workshops and group sessions as needed.
  • Engage in reflective practice to enhance personal effectiveness.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in a mental health-related field
  • Registered or accredited with a professional body is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of clinical experience with diverse populations
