Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facilities in Bournemouth. The successful candidate will optimise workflows, enhance patient care, and lead a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the operational activities of the healthcare centre, ensuring optimal service delivery.
  • Initiate projects aimed at improving patient care and staff performance.
  • Engage in strategic planning for the organisation's future operational growth.
  • Conduct staff performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with IT to develop systems for improved patient management.
  • Manage operational budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
  • Review patient feedback to inform service improvements.
  • Facilitate meetings with department heads to align operational objectives.
  • Promote a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Public Health or related field preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of operational management experience in healthcare settings
