Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the administrative department.
  • Implement efficient processes for patient intake and discharge.
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems for patient data.
  • Ensure that all administrative activities comply with NHS guidelines.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of office policies.
  • Address patient concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with external healthcare providers as needed.
  • Monitor and manage office supply inventories.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Public Health or Business Administration is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years in a healthcare setting, preferably in an administrative role
