We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Tutoring Clinician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tutoring and clinical expertise to provide specialized educational support to students.

Responsibilities

• Engage students through effective communication and adapt teaching methodologies to their unique learning styles.
• Utilize assessment software to track student performance and progress.
• Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to enhance students' self-esteem and motivation.
• Leverage online collaboration tools to enhance learning experiences.
• Assist students with homework and project-based assignments.
• Participate in workshops and training to enhance educational practices.
• Collaborate with fellow tutors to share best practices and resources.
• Develop engaging learning materials and activities for various subjects.
• Support students with special educational needs (SEN) in their learning journey.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• Prior experience working with students with learning disabilities or special educational needs is a plus.
