Blow Down Helper

Job Description

We are looking for a Blow Down Helper to assist in the operation and maintenance of our industrial blow down systems. The ideal candidate will follow strict protocols and guidelines to ensure the safe and efficient removal of excess pressure and fluids.

Responsibilities

• Conduct steam blow downs and pressure release operations in compliance with safety regulations.
• Ensure all equipment and procedures are compliant with industry standards.
• Assist in training new team members on blow down system operations.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss operational improvements.
• Assist with emergency response protocols as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in industrial maintenance or related field is a plus
• Additional certifications in safety standards

Experience

• Experience working with specific blow down systems is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Equipment maintenance
• Heavy machinery operation

Soft Skills

• Effective communication
• Problem-solving

Advantageous

• Heavy machinery operation experience: Experience operating heavy machinery or equipment.
