Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in Cardiff. This role involves overseeing the medication process, providing pharmaceutical care to our patients, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy practice and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patient medication regimens and provide pharmaceutical care.
  • Advise on medication use and potential side effects to enhance patient understanding.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration for improved health outcomes.
  • Provide feedback to pharmacy management regarding operational efficiencies.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.)
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in community pharmacy
