Process Technician

Job Description

As a Process Technician at our Nottingham facility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient production processes. You will work closely with engineers and operators to maintain process efficiency and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of production schedules.
• Work closely with QA to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Investigate production inefficiencies and devise solutions.
• Prepare reports on production efficiency and process modifications.
• Assist with the onboarding and training of new technicians.

Requirements

Education

• HND in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years exposure in process operation

Technical Skills

• Process Optimisation
• Machinery Operation

Soft Skills

• Communication Skills
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• IOSH Managing Safely
• NVQ Level 3 in Manufacturing

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Quality Assurance Processes: Experience implementing quality assurance measures within manufacturing.
