• Conduct assessments for solar installation sites.
• Design solar systems specific to client needs.
• Install and maintain solar panels and related components.
• Adhere to safety standards during installation.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on solar electric systems.
• Analyse system performance to ensure optimal output.
• Act as a point of contact for client inquiries on solar systems.
• Document and report on installation projects.
• Train junior staff on best practices.

• Relevant certification in solar electric installation or renewable energy.
• Valid electrical license or certification (City & Guilds 2330, NVQ Level 3).
• Solar PV Systems Strong knowledge of solar photovoltaic systems and their components.
• Electrical Wiring Proficient in electrical wiring and understanding electrical systems.
• Problem-Solving Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Communication Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Health and Safety certification (e.g., CSCS card, IOSH).
• First Aid at Work certification (desirable).
• English (Fluent)

• Proficient in energy efficiency principles.: Understanding of energy efficiency and sustainability principles.
• Customer-facing experience.: Experience in client interaction and support.
