As an Inventory Control Technician at Logistics Solutions Ltd., you will play a critical role in managing inventory levels, conducting audits, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Your attention to detail will help maintain optimal stock levels and streamline operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits of inventory records and reconcile discrepancies.

• Assist in developing strategies for inventory reduction and efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to improve supply chain processes.
• Provide feedback on inventory control systems and software effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations in inventory handling.
• Report inventory issues to management and propose solutions.

Requirements

Education

• A Levels or equivalent qualifications
• Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain or inventory management

Technical Skills

• ERP Systems
• Microsoft Excel

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Time Management

Certifications

• APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Lean Principles: Understanding of lean inventory management practices to reduce waste.
• Experience with Stocktaking Procedures: Hands-on experience in conducting stocktakes and reconciliations.
