Job Description

As an SEO Specialist at Innovative Marketing Solutions, you will take charge of improving our clients' organic search visibility. Your expertise in on-page and off-page SEO will be essential in driving traffic and maximising conversions. You'll work closely with content creators and web developers to strategize and implement best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SEO strategy for multiple client accounts, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
• Optimise existing content for SEO while advising on new content strategies.
• Perform competitive analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses of competitors.
• Manage and monitor SEO budgets and effectiveness of campaigns.
• Facilitate client meetings to discuss insights and performance improvements.
• Train and mentor junior SEO team members on best practices.
• Evaluate and implement new SEO tools and technologies.
• Advise on social media strategies that complement SEO efforts.
• Create and maintain a content calendar that incorporates SEO insights.
• Collaborate with the UX team to ensure user-friendly website navigation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Digital Media
• Google Ads certification is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing roles
