Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee our logistics operations in Swindon. The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day logistics, coordination of shipments, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee logistics operations to optimize productivity.
• Establish relationships with suppliers and logistics service providers.
• Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure all logistics processes adhere to industry standards.
• Research and adopt new logistics technologies.
• Monitor and assess logistics performance metrics.
• Assist with budget preparation and cost management.
• Resolve logistical issues and manage customer complaints effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Master's degree is preferable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics management or supply chain operations
