Job Description

As an Investment Fund Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing pension fund portfolios, optimising returns, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong investment background and exceptional analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Establish investment objectives and policies for pension funds.
  • Analyse investment performance and optimise asset allocations.
  • Engage with stakeholders to communicate investment strategies and outcomes.
  • Guide the development of risk assessment frameworks.
  • Review client portfolios and recommend changes for enhanced performance.
  • Lead the investment team in strategic planning and execution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and partners.
  • Stay abreast of market developments and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Conduct training sessions for junior staff on fund management practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Finance or related field
  • Other professional certifications are an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing pension funds or similar investment portfolios
