SEM & SEO Marketing Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SEM & SEO Marketing Manager to join our innovative team in Exeter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective search engine marketing strategies to drive traffic and maximize conversions. A solid background in managing PPC campaigns and organic search optimizations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of SEM and SEO strategy development and implementation.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of SEM campaigns to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Create performance reports and analytics to present to senior management.
• Enhance website content and structure to improve organic search rankings.
• Develop strategies for enhancing audience engagement through appropriate channels.
• Train and mentor junior marketing staff on SEM and SEO best practices.
• Utilize A/B testing to optimize campaigns and improve results.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
• Master's degree in Digital Marketing preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEM/SEO
