We are looking for a passionate Dance Teacher to join our vibrant team. You will be responsible for instructing students of all ages and skill levels across multiple dance styles, fostering their creativity and enthusiasm for dance. The ideal candidate will have a strong dance background and be committed to providing comprehensive training.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative dance lesson plans tailored to the students' needs.
• Guide students through various dance styles and techniques, ensuring proper practice habits.
• Assess students regularly and provide feedback tailored to their individual progress.
• Choreograph routines for competitions and performances.
• Engage with parents and guardians regarding student progress and class activities.
• Organise and lead rehearsals, emphasizing discipline and teamwork.
• Contribute to the design of events and showcases that highlight student achievements.
• Maintain dance equipment and supplies, ensuring everything is in good condition.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all students.
• Work towards achieving team and individual teaching goals.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Dance or Performing Arts or equivalent professional experience
• Teaching qualification in dance (e.g., RAD, ISTD) is preferred

Experience

• 3 years of teaching experience, particularly in diverse classroom settings
