Responsibilities

• Research and implement new technologies and processes to improve designs.
• Work closely with manufacturing to optimise production processes.
• Manage project schedules and budgets effectively.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Engage in presentations to senior management regarding project status.
• Coordinate with suppliers for materials and components.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree or MBA is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Computer-Aided Design (CAD)

Certifications

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
