Job Description

Join us as a Manufacturing Quality Engineer, where you will spearhead quality assurance initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Identify and analyse discrepancies in product quality.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to improve material quality.
  • Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and industry standards.
  • Conduct training sessions on quality standards for staff.
  • Participate in the development of new quality assurance technologies.
  • Convene meetings to discuss quality status and initiatives.
  • Lead audit teams for compliance inspections.
  • Support data collection and analysis for quality improvement.
  • Develop strategies for reducing waste and defects in production.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality Management
  • Certifications in Quality Engineering are preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in quality assurance within the manufacturing sector
