Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee operations at our vibrant Brighton location. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the overall operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
  • Monitor guest services, ensuring all departments address guest needs promptly.
  • Prepare and manage operational budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Implement promotional campaigns to improve hotel visibility and guest loyalty.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests through innovative service practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior management role within hospitality
