Job Description

Join our team as a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator in Stevenage. This pivotal role involves over seeing the maintenance and performance of our vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in fleet management, a strong understanding of compliance requirements, and excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of fleet maintenance programmes.
  • Ensure all vehicles are serviced according to manufacturer recommendations.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and manage fuel cards.
  • Assist in implementing fleet management software for improved tracking.
  • Report on fleet performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate service contracts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance fleet efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business Management
  • Master's degree in relevant field is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in fleet maintenance management
