Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Shoe Machine Operator and Tender to manage machine operations in our shoe manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of various shoe-making machines, ensuring efficiency and quality in production.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage various shoe manufacturing equipment.
• Monitor machinery to detect malfunctions and ensure smooth operation.
• Perform regular maintenance and documentation of machine performance.
• Adhere to production schedules and timelines.
• Coordinate with quality control for product inspections.
• Assist with staff training on equipment operation.
• Implement health and safety protocols on the production floor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical Certificate in manufacturing operations is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role

Languages
