As an Airport Guide, you will play a crucial role in enhancing passenger experience at the airport. Your responsibilities will include assisting passengers with their luggage, providing directions, and ensuring a smooth check-in process.

Responsibilities

  • Guide passengers through complex airport processes.
  • Support passengers with special needs or disabilities.
  • Resolve complaints or issues in a professional manner.
  • Provide detailed information about flight statuses and gate changes.
  • Engage with passengers to ensure a positive experience.
  • Coordinate with security and check-in staff as needed.
  • Assist in keeping track of lost items and reporting them appropriately.

Requirements

Education
